    Problem of wiring

Hello everyone, I need help to complete my 50w cnc laser engraver, I have an mpc6525a as a motherboard and a 50w tube with zye myjg 50w power supply. I managed to wire all the circuits, limit switch motors, just missing figuring out how to connect the laser power supply to the motherboard, can anyone help me? thank you very much

    Re: Problem of wiring

I think the controller uses four lines on the middle connector: L, G, In, +5
The controller signals the PS on/off and tells it how much power

Laser power ground goes to G
    Analog out goes to IN
    Laser power goes to +5
Laser power on off goes to L. Make sure that 0v is fire and 5v is off. L means trigger low

I think the right connector is just five volts and ground
The left connector is all power line connections.

    Re: Problem of wiring

Let’s change that. IN is laser power control. It should be 0 to 5 volts. Looks like you can connect PWM or analog out (user select) to IN. Try PWM to IN. Don’t connect 5 volts from PS or AO from controller.
When you test fire the controller check that volts on LAS goes to low.
Also connect P to the other G line of the PS. P is for water or door switch and I think it needs to be grounded. All water chillers have a signal out that should be connected here.
Be careful around the output of the power supply.
