    Red Light Flashing HBS86H

    Hi All,

    I have a 6090 cnc Machine and Once I start my cnc the X-Axis & Z-Axis works fine but the Y-Axis after a small movement get stuck and Red Light Start Flashing on its HBS86HHybrid Stepper Servo Drive.

    My Motor is Easy Servo Motor 86HBM80-01-1000 leadshine.

    How many times the red flashes in each cycle? if it is 7 times, it means position following error, indicating that there is a problem with the encoder feedback signal.
    Potential reasons?
    1. The encoder is wire broken or bad connection.
    2. The motor acceleration is too large.
    3. The motor is overloaded during movement.
