    XY cutting problem/surface finish

    I got problem on 4020 machine

    This is finishing problem when I make a cut in straight line

    The finish is o.k.

    But when I make the cut with two axis together

    I got wavy finishing
    did somebody had problem like this

    i checked resolver-borads-gibs
    and tune amps!

    What cutting parameters were you using?A light hobby machine can't be expected to operate at the sort of speeds and cutting depth that an industrial machine would be comfortable with.

    i cleaning boards and reseating all boards
    problems fixed
    cutting is ok and mirror finish obtained
