    EnRoute Tooling

    Hi There,

I have a DXF file that I'm wanting to tool in EnRoute but it wont let me and give an error that says loops detected.
its a lead in and lead out on a top that I'm wanting to minimize the chipping on the underside of high pressure laminate tops. (cant run the laminate face up as it has drilling on the other side)
I have tried every lead in combination in EnRoute and its still chipping out.
hope someone can let me know on how to add a tool to it.

    Thanks

    hi there,

sorry I'm not too sure what you mean with two sided machining? never heard that term before.
I am doing a 0.5mm rough pass and then a clean pass. but it still chipping out.
the cutters in using are Onsrud (60-124MC)

    thanks
