I assume you've split the feed lines between the two oilers to create more consistent oiling between x/y and z?
Yes that is correct. If it were easy I would add a third oiler so each axes had its own feed. If I ever, god forbid have to remove the X axis table I would be tempted to change the connections to allow for this..Only then, would have a better idea that each axis are getting a good supply or not. I don't often use flood coolant so not over fussed with extra way oil contaminating coolant.
Instead of using a separate oiler, has anyone tried using a progressive valve distributor? They work well with grease but have never tried with oil.

I did the same. Seems as if Z suffered as it had upward flow to contend with...the path of least resistance and all that. I personally just feel better about it now. I bought 4mm push to connects so it was just disconnect from original fittings, cut old fitting off and push into new one. Literally 5 minutes.

I installed a second oiler for the Z axis as well a few months back, works great.
I also use magnets to hold the bellows in position so that I can check the oiling without such a hassle of removing all the screws that arent readily accessible.

Downside is that if one line blocks, none will get oil/grease.
Usually have a proximity sensor on one output to ensure that the unit is working.
