New to cnc and im lost at what this is ? Can any one tell me or explain it . i know it moves the spindle but unsure if it like a 4th axis or 5th axis ?

Looks like a 4th axis turntable. No idea for what machine, but most likely adaptable to whatever you want to do with it.

And the rest of the machine? Who knows, something special and shop built.
