start and end cut vectors not coincident

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask for advice for my laser, a normal 60W Red / black with Ruida control
Whatever I do doesn't make me coincide the vectors.
I use lightburn, with RdW the problem is less evident but still there
I have already calibrated the axes with a centesimal caliber, framing etc ... is there anyone with this problem? what could it depend on?

Other then possible mechanical issues with the drive system I found this to be from lack of resolution. I would check to make sure the stepper drivers are set to the highest pulses per unit possible. If you make a change you need to recalibrate the controller. If they are at maximum, consider upgrading both X and Y drivers.
The smaller circles with arrows don’t look that bad to me.

I redid the test drawing with RdW, do you notice that there is a constancy of the defect in the points circled in red?
and that is why I rule out a mechanical problem ... it looks like a Ruida controller problem.
    Tips?

    Hi, here I am again.
I am doing a check with other users with the same machine.
it seems that they all have the same problem, being an identical problem, is it possible that it depends on the firmware of the rdc 6442s card?

if the problem is the same it is impossible that we all have the same mechanical problem
