Hello,

I'm calling on your expertise because I'm stuck on the implementation of a crossbow type CNC (Fangling F2000 and THC F1621).
After recovering my raw arc voltage on a Powermax 65 following hypertherm guidelines, built my cutting table, bought a hypertherm machine torch. Read the CNC manual several times (I think I know it by heart) .
Anyway... Here is my problem.
The collision detector lights up during cutting when there is no actual collision (after qq centimeter of clean cutting) and so the torch rises without finishing the cut after receiving a false collision information.
I have explored the track of interference with
- Grounding of the lamp holder
- Grounding of the CNC
Unsuccessfully.

Here is my test configuration:
- Hypertherm Powermax 65
- Nozzle at 65 A / amperage
- 3 mm thick steel
- Voltage 75 V on THC
- CNC F2000
- THC F1621

I despair of being able to operate the equipment today. Do you have any ideas?
Or anything about the typical installation of this kind of equipment?

Thank you for your help
