We have a 1996 Biglia lathe with a fanuc0tt control. One of the original fanuc servo motors which controls X axis I think arrived faulty during shipment of the machine. We need to know if it is possible to buy a cheap chinese servo motors like for instance here in this link. Is this possible?

if you buy chinese motor ,you will get chinese products so i am asking you -- do you like chinese product quality on long terms?

Hi,
I have no reason to think that GSK will not work, but like most Chinese made servos the documentation is anywhere from fair to poor.
You need to find out whether they are supplied with set-up and tuning software. If you've not set up and tuned servos before you will want/need that software....if
it does not have it.......walk away.
