    Question ATC macro program alarm

    Never faced such errors

    when i enter "M06 T02" or any T03... i get

    "3020 TOOL DIGIT NO. ERROR"

    and nothing happens. Somehow i understand that this is a macro program alarm. The people I reached out to for help said I should contact my local dealer. But:
    *no local dealer in my country
    *Doosan Infracore sold their machine tool business few years ago and no longer operate it.

    macro and error message are attached.

    what should I do or who can I contact to solve the problem???

    about cnc
    Doosan puma mx3000 (5 axis milling lathe)
