    who to avoid vibrations while drilling with 50mm short hole drill?

    I drill with 50mm but i have got 50.3mm and very loud noise while drilling is occurring.

    How can you expect any meaningful help when you give almost no information?

    What machine make, model and year?
    What material and how thick?
    What drill type?
    What holder type?
    What does your setup look like?
    What feeds and speeds?
    How deep?
    Thru coolant?
