    Question about transformation

Hello. I have questions about the "Transformation" function. What is it for. What can you do with it and how do you use it.
Why is the value 1 set in the settings e.g. A1 B2 and C3 and the rest to 0

    Re: Question about transformation

Transformation feature is basically coordinate system affine transformation.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Affine_transformation

It is threated as special "offset". Therefore only present in working coordinates.

It can be used to shift/scale/rotate toolpath, to position workpiece or to compensate for machine inaccuracy.
    PCB tutorial is great example.

    Re: Question about transformation

Thanks for the information. I've already thought of that. I was just confused about the values that were entered there, because I have no knowledge of the matter.

    Re: Question about transformation

Those values are elements of transformation matrix. I had to name them somehow.
