With Modifacations in Steel and Aluminum.

JGRO MODIFICATIONS IN STEEL AND ALUMINUM.

I am using 1 1/2" angle for the base and 3/4 " angle for the middle supports.
Instead of using 3/4 mdf I am using double sided aluminum plywood 1/2 " ( $130.00 per sheet 4x8' ) I will use steel brackets in some places to make up for the lost 1/4 " when using 1/2 plywood instead of 3/4..The rail adjusters are made from 1/2 " aluminum plate. I am going to change from head screws to set or grub screws on the rail adjusters.
Please do not copy any design changes I have made until I have verified that all my modifications will actually work as made, Thanks
Some times you have to back and change stuff...:
