So why is it that my UCCNC software does not acknowledge g41 g42 and g40.

What version are you using? Do you have tool diameters entered in the tool table?

I am using version 1.2049 and I do have numbers for 6 tools in tool table.

I don't believe that 1.2049 supports G41/G42.
