    6040 100Watt CO2 Laser can't find model.

    Have recently purchased a 6040 100Watt CO2 Laser, have installed LaserDrw and CorelLaser. USB dongle is inserted and Laser turned on and says all is installed correctly but it can't find the Model in the Drop down on the Engraving Manager Dialog. Any ideas why this would be? Really stuck.
