Hi
I have finally reached a point in my life where I realised it would not be complete without owning a Milling Machine.
So I bought one, second-hand at an auction.

Apart from being overly greasy/filthy, it appeared to be in good order.
And for the most part it is cleaning up well.

The one issue I have is that the housing that holds the worm drive gear is broken. The one that raises the main body on the column. I am away from the workshop at the moment so I can't post a picture of the actual broken piece, but I found a video on YouTube of the same Mill and have taken a screen shot of the part and indicated where it is broken.

So my questions are:
Is this a part I can buy? (I have had a look at the manual and it isn't shown as a part in the exploded view, so I am thinking it is considered part of the main body)
If I can buy it, any links to where would be appreciated.
If I can't buy it, any thoughts on how to rebuild it. (My understanding is that cast iron is near impossible to fix when it is load bearing like this will be.)
Any suggestions of how to proceed from here would be greatly appreciated.
