    Configuring inverter for rated/max current

    Hi,

I have a chinese spindle (DECI) that I am to connect with a Delta VFD-B inverter using V/f control.

The spindle has rated current at 9.0A and maximum current of 15.0A.
The inverter has a rated output current of 13.0A and peak of 150% for 1min / 200% for 3sec.

Does anyone know how to configure the inverter correctly?
If i set the "Motor Rated Current" parameter of the VFD to:
    9.0A / 13.0A = 69%
Wont this limit the maximum output of the inverter to 9.0A? Then I wont get the peak power of the spindle?

On the other hand, if I set "Motor Rated Current" parameter to:
    15.0A / 13.0A = 115%
Then I might overload the spindle.

I don't see anywhere in the Delta VFD-B user manual where a maximum output current can be configured.

Also, what should the "Motor No-load Current" and "Torque Compensation" parameters optimally be configured at?
