Question Fanuc OM lost ATC (Linear Type, 8-tool)

Hello, we are refurbishing a Toyosk DTR2000W CNC Router with a Fanuc O-mate M system. It has a linear/row type tool changer (not the drum or chain type) in which the spindle must specifically obtain the separate tools at their designated holders. As usual, memory was flushed. Is there a way to reprogram the ATC? The parameters state that it uses an O-9000 for the ATC yet T() command results an Alarm 2002: Tool Error. Any help would be very appreciated.

What we've been able to do:
    1. Clean all of the hardware
    2. Reconfigure the parameters (there was a floppy disk with parameters 0-9003 and 10300-10599)
    3. The machine can properly home all axes without triggering any alarms and obey simple movement commands from MDI
    4. M19 works

Pictures of the machine are attached below.
Hoping to hear from you guys, thank you very much!

Do you have a print out of the ladder with comments? . That's the only that's going to save you. I'm sure the diagnostic parameters were lost to. This is where the machine builder would have kept the tool data tables. It needs values to track where the tools are and how many tools you are using. Many times they use a standard ladder for multiple machines and change bits to for you particular setup. You are going to need to see where the alarm is coming from in the ladder. My guess is a compare function block looking at current tool vs. new tool number and because you don't have the data it throws up an alarm stating such.
