Yes I know it possible in Aspire but not in v-carve.

There are other programs available that will allow you to merge .stl files together.

This is not what V-Carve is about. Blender is another great program for this.

There is a YouTube video that explains a workaround to do this. I can’t remember the actual name of the video, but it on the Learnyourcnc videos. He has some great tips

There are plenty of programs : Blender, FreeCad, Fusion360, Corel3D, SolidWorks, Simmens3D, Kompas3D etc.
You prep all your models in a single .stl file and then import it in to v-carve. You have to prep them in a way you need as you wouldn’t be able to manipulate them in v- carve.
