In MadCAM 6 and 7 current version, if a toolpath in one of the non-perspective windows is Recalculated, the view is changed to Perspective and must then be changed back by the user.

Follow up: This still happens. Also, the view description is incorrect when this happens. Even though the actual view changes from, for example, "Right" to "Perspective", the view description continues to say "Right". It is often confusing when working in that view again before realizing that the view no longer corresponds to its label.
