I have been getting started problems for some time: when I start the machine, the remote control remains blocked on the startup logo. In general, after 2 or 3 tests, I can start and I can use the machine without any problem next.
I would like to update but I can not find the .pkg and Richauto China does not answer me.

Does anyone of you have an update for this model?
