Set the PWE parameter to 1, then switch machine off, then switch
on the power while holding down the <DELET> key. All programs will
    be deleted.
Post back here if this doesn't work.

Sounds like you lost your parameters.
When was the last time you changed your batteries?
Power up holding in the "Reset" and "Delete" pushbuttons.
    Then reload your parameters

    E-stop in.
    Select MDI
Press PARAM button to display SETTING 2 screen in PARAMETER
Change PWE to 1 (you will get PS alarm 100
    Press PARAM button
Enter parameters pressing INPUT after each one
Press PARAM button to go to SETTING 2
    Change PWE back to 0
Turn power off and back on again

we have okuma & howa act-4 0-TC Series Fanuc Controller. While switching on machine got system alarm 911 Ram Parity(HIGH). Further entering three alarms are shown as follows
    1) 100 - p/s alarm
    2) SERVO ALARM : X AXIS DGTL PARAM
    3) SERVO ALARM : Z AXIS DGTL PARAM.

Dont have back up of this machine parameters. Please guide and support for running machine.
