Editing a postprocessor, need to move the M09/M08 to different location..

this is my post processor /\.
I need to move the M09 to start flood to after machine moves start position..and move M08 to
shut off flood right after it retracts from part.
Can also start spindle and stop spindle at same position...

    For a Maldas 64 control, Milling machine...using Fusion 360.

    Thanks in advance..
