    Planet CNC as PNP

    I came to know that Planet CNC MK3/4 controller also can be used for pick and place machine, I want to further learn about it.
    What software will be support do i need any new hardware other than MK3/4 ? to support pnp head

    Yes, you can make PNP machine with Mk3 controller.
    Count all axes and IO that you need. PNP machines usually need many and Mk3/4 might not have enough.
    TNG software is certainly capable of all tasks that PNP needs.

    Sounds good, I will definitely give it a try, i will buy all hardware make things ready and get back to this post.

    I'm getting started on the project, i was not able to found help related to Pick n Place with Planet CNC controller/TNG software
    Can you please guide me to some existing project or some user manuals explaining how to setup.

    I'm not aware of any existing project published.

    Can you please refer to manual regarding building such project, and documentation? I'm talking about TNG software that how can it help.

    As I told you, there are no tutorials that I'm aware of for building PNP with PlanetCNC TNG.
    You'll have to make all macros/subprocedures yourself.

    Still finding things before buying things.

    Can you please advise if controller can work with Open PnP its an open source pick and place software getting popular very quickly they do not have their own controller mostly 3rd party controllers are used.
