we have a trumpf machine L3030 - 3000W. I reset the Siemens 840D according to the manuals and instructions. He played from the NCK machine and then the PLC.

I refurbished one faulty servo. Restored the system from backup - functional.

The laser writes the following two errors after approaching:

1.)

F29.03.21 12:56:30 PLC (80.102000): The machine dautm 15101 is not defined

2.)
29.03.21 12:52:05 PLC (07.000000): Feed pot is situated at 0


When connected to the 840D, I see everything OK, both the memory and all the modules and the system time fit.

It does not make any sense.

Does anyone have this laser PLC and NCK data? I have several versions and the error is the same.

Isn't it possible that some memory has gone?
