    Jones&Shipman machine. Getting error Logic I/O Error.

    Hello guys. I'm new so im not really sure is it good place for that question but ill try.

    I just bought "new using" machine which is Jones&Shipman Promat10e 450AB. Its cylindrical gridding machine.
    I installed it every think is going good till the moment when i want to use offsets(want to correct DIA) (TRIM) function on this machine.
    When i press Trim function its says Logic I/O Error. Really don't know what is going wrong. I do everything what i know about this machine.
    Like i said. I setup machine, workpiece. I gridding it and getting random DIA. Next I want to correct dia. And there is a problem. So maybe someone using this machine and know about something ? Thank you very much.
