I'm trying to meet some deadlines with this Rover35 EPS but I found out last night that the motor to the spindle chiller has seized. The machine doesn't throw itself into fault due to some wiring changes in the past. If I run this machine without a spindle cooling unit, it will cause damage over time, I'm positive of this. But with the temperatures being in the 30's to 50's Fahrenheit, will this cause wear or problems right away? I have been told by multiple Techs that this spindle cooling system was a waste of time and is quite ineffective. Any input on the situation?
