Can anyone tell me if he encountered this error with Milacron mill pendant and how he solved the problem?

Ok... After system load (with pendant fail in Diagnostic) pendant show coords but does not respond.

I have never seen the error message you have on the pendant display, but it clearly is failing the diagnostic test. There isn't much inside the pendant that is field serviceable so it will likely need to be repaired/replaced,

I have seen many pendants fail after the cable is damaged though, so check to see if there is any evidence the cable has been crushed or cut (that could be causing an open or shorted wire). There is also an extension cable from the DV5 card to the operator's station that could be causing a problem. I can only remember one machine I ran into this though and it was caused by someone working on the machine damaging the connector.
