Greetings. I have an IH CNC vertial mill with 4th axis, VFD motor and coolant. Obviously they've been out of business for a while.

I'm in process of updating the motion controller to UC300 with Windows 10 and Mach 4 instead of the old XP Mach3 with parallel interface, and it sure would be helpful if someone had a schematic.

Anyone have a schematic for their turnkey mill package circa 2010?

I have most of it reverse engineered now but there are a few lingering questions and I want to be sure I have this all correct before firing up the new controller.

Whoever moved this to benchtop machines, it's really not a benchtop machine. I pity the bench that has a 1000 lb tool on it.

you could try asking in the RF-45 sub forum as well, the IH 12Z is a derivative of the RF-45.

Thanks- the Rong Fu part is just the body and mechanical stuff. IH built the controller and CNC retrofit and that's what I'm interested in
