    code to enable brake?

I am troubleshooting on my slantpro. Is there way to enable the x axis brake from the programming line so I can test it's functioning?

If axis power or a brake was enabled. I dont think you could move it very easy.
My router with no power and no axis brake you can push on axis and it will move down. With power no.
Mill has brake on z axis either way its not moving.

Just a little insight from my machines

If the brake does not work, when you turn off the power, the X axis will go all the way down, which happened to me.

I don't know how it's constructed, but if it's like the 1100 Z brake, it goes on when power is cut, so difficult to do from code.

So, I could just unplug the wires to the brake at the board and the brake should be in effect. That will work for me.
