It does not have to be a Mori Seiki part, any solenoid valve will work you just have to find the same voltage coil an Watts, what you have looks like 100v 10w so may be harder to find 110v may work

Voltage has to match the solenoid coil supply that your machine is using, you would also want the watts to be close also, this would depend though on the circuit wiring and if the circuit is protected by a fuse if you go higher the fuse would have to be rated for what you are using I would not go lower than the 9w
