Model HY02D211B 110v driving 2.2KW spindle

Error Codes:
177 ELU.N
178 EER.N
179 EER.N
180 EER.N

Manual lists as "External Interference".
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Question:
Any suggestions?
Does the error code reset on restart?
Perhaps I have to change the 110v AC supply cable to a shielded cable?

Other:

The spindle drive cable is 2 feet and is 16 gauge, 4 conductor, shielded with both ends grounded.
I also grounded pin 4 of the spindle drive to the spindle body and checked continuity to table ground and input power ground.
I tried setting PD041 from default 8 to 5,2,1, and finally 0 with no effect.
The error code appears without ever starting the spindle.
