(Face milling/ Hurco WM10i) What is x corner and y corner?

Can someone explain to me in plain terms X Unidirectional (face) milling? I can't seem to understand what is x corner and y corner adn how it will mill, and how it will mill. Let's say we have basic rectangular shape of size 120x40. Picture will be much appreciated.
