Doering, a Wilson Tool Company, is seeking an Advanced CNC Machinist to join their growing 2nd shift team in Clear Lake, MN.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant machining experience.
Set up multiple styles of complex machines. Mills, multi axis lathes and Swiss.
Programming – must be able to read, edit and create CNC programs, G/M code.
Experience with programming in GibbsCAM software or related software packages.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and run CNC machine tools to produce components that meet quality and production standards.
Improve current processes to achieve quality and production standards.
Develop machine processes for prototype and new parts to achieve quality and production standards.
Monitor machine performance to ensure that product quality and specifications are achieved.
Analyze SPC data/trends to ensure process control.
Independently and efficiently implement ideas for improvement.
Provide ongoing mentorship and training to fellow employees.
Must contribute to Doering’s culture of continuous improvement.
Diploma or AAS degree in the machine trades preferred.
