How come i post threads and i get no reply
What do you not like about the G code?
I do see that the Z commands are all z0
I don't know MCX very well, but I'll try to help.

Your code does not look good. Going to Z0 first, then a rapid in the X-Y plane looks dangerous.
There should be considerable initialization before your first line of code. Mastercam post is a problem or you have not supplied Mastercam enough information.I would expect a % at the beginning followed by an O-number, and at the end M30 and the ending %.

I didn't see anything other than an extra "G00"?
Whats strange about the lead in?

That looks like a bunch of extra code, what type of cnc machine are you running?
The code shows an "A-axis", are you just running a 3-axis mill (XYZ)?
.
Yes it is a bunch extra code its a home built router everything works good eccept for this lead in the gantry moves diagnaly then starts cutting it must be the post like gar sead now what to do about it yes 3 axis
I deleted a bunch of useless code, double check tool comp. I might have got caried away.

The file is a Hexagon.

Isn't that red line just the machine moving from where it's currently at to the first position in your code?

Like Switcher comments the G92 line shifts everything. This command moves your Work Zero to X-10. Y-10. Z-10.
I loaded this code into one of my big machines and ran the graphics simulation. It generates a hexagon, not an octagon.
The starting point is: G0 G90 X-12.4295 Y-3.5376
Because the G92 has set a Work Zero shift in machine coordinates this is;
X-22.4295 Y-13.5376 Z-10.
If you look at it like a clock face this is at the 9 position and the moves go to positions 11, 1, 3, 5 and 7 which is the end.
Why do you have the G92 command?
An open mind is a virtue...so long as all the common sense has not leaked out.
Why do you have the G92 command? G92 was generated by Mastercamx how do i get rid of it
