I'm going a bit nuts--using the solidworks cam system and post processor on a delta 20 control. It has it's glitches but in general, they're easily correctible. Unfortunately, I'm mostly an ignorant newbie when it comes to the more complex stuff. Most of what I do is really simple.

But one is driving me a bit crazy and has me waaaay behind on something I need to get done ASAP

Fault 144 CDC: Cutter R > circle R

It's happening on a linear move and the manual is ZERO help in explaining the details of that particular fault on a linear move other than saying it applies. The whole program graphs on the machine fine and doesn't glitch at all when graphing--just when stepping through things with z disabled. It glitches at N0007 with a 1/2" endmill as T01. If I goober the tool diameter to .001, it does not glitch. If I goober it to .125" diameter it still glitches. The move between N0004 N0006 and N0007 in the X/Y plane is .26" just for reference.

For those less familiar with dynapath, C1 is their conversational programming for cutter compensation to the left. C0 is off, C2 is right.

Anyone have a guess or possible explanation so I can find a way to correct this glitch? I appreciate any help you can give.
