Hello.

I have a Cincinnati Arrow 750 EKK Series 2, with all Siemens: servo drivers,servo motors, motor spindle. and Acramatic 2100.
The spindle is hi-torque 5000rpm spindle.
I want to replace the spindle with an 8K or 10K rpm spindle that I have as spare part. I have found the proper pulley for the motor, so the relation will be one to one. The spindle motor can goes to 10.000 rpm.
So,I need to modify (turn off) the SPINDLE ORIENTATION SENSOR, because the spindle's pulley doesn't have the half circle protuberance.

Logging in Security with service password (worldclass - service) I can change:
*hi- torque option
*spindle relation pulleys
*spindle rpm speed
*spindle motor rpm speed.

But I can't find how to "turn off " the SPINDLE ORIENTATION SENSOR so the sensor can be removed from the machine.

I was hoping to find some answers in the ACRAMATIC A2100E / SIEMENS SETUP & SERVICE MANUAL

Did you ever locate a copy of this manual? I would like to find a copy as well. Trying to revive a 1250c ERM.
