Anyone here deal with blade serpent? I've had an order in with them for months and there is no response from them by phone, email, social media. Doing some digging they have the same address as Tormach, anyone know if there is an affiliation between the 2?

Call Tormach and ask to speak to Blade Serpent :-)

If that doesn't work, then cancel whatever order you had.

Didn't catch that one on the site. Guess I'll try tormach on Monday and see what they say. Gives me a little hope that's its not some scam company.

I have ordered from Blade Serpent one time earlier this year. I needed another gallon of coolant and their price was slightly better than elsewhere. I did not notice they are affiliated with Tormach.
It took more than a month to get the 1 item order and several emails - IIRC they didn't answer the phone.
