    ProCutCNC makes a hardware kit:

I have it installed on my PM 1030V, and the fit is OK.

They don't have an assembly diagram, but they have a few videos of the lathe in operation on YouTube.

It can take them a day or a few to respond to emails.

I don't know why they can't ship to your state...

As far as I know ProCut is the only one to make a CNC hardware kit for the 1030V.

Why not just design and build your own system? You have a lathe, so if you have a mill it would be pretty easy. If you don't have a mill then it's time to buy one anyway. Looking at the ProCut site, there is not much hardware required For a CNC kit. I would use DMM Tech or Delta servos rather than the Clearpath units shown on the ProCut site.

Extra credit: Design a CNC conversion that will not disturb full manual operation, and allow easy switch over between manual and CNC operation. Requires a little out of the box thinking, but it can be done.

Maybe it's time so sit down with Fusion 360 or some other CAD software and start designing.
