    okuma svp problems AGAIN

OK, once again I am trying to diagnose svp boards. okuma cadet mate osp700 mill. the alarm is 2010-11 B SVP APA CHECK MAxis E93DE93E
I believe the error is from the z axis and tool changer. the mill has 2 svp boards. Does one board "communicate" with only the z and tool carousel? or do both boards have something to do with all 3 axis plus the carouel?

Check your entire tool change cycle. If there are no hits, if tool comes into the spindle nose centered.
It happens when machine is not leveled for a long time and level is lost. Sure, can be more reasons of tool change missalignment.

The machine seems to be level. As soon as the tool carousel starts to rotate, during a tool change, it throws up a svp alarm. 2010-11 Alarm B svp check MAaxis E453E452

are tools distributed equaly in the carousel?
Can you move the empty carousel outside the tool change cycle?
