After a crash on T42 Conquest with an 18T control, I have successfully re-coupled the torque limiters on both x and z, and can jog the machine around as normal when holding estop reset. Alarms 1044 and 1045 are not clearing as they have in the past, and X10 on the PMCLAD is still showing that these prox switches are making contact with the couplers, when I have manually confirmed that this is not the case by inspection. Someone had this same problem on this machine, said something about a Fanuc issue involving d word and 0088 or something like that, but never returned to do a full write up. Anyone know how to fix this and get the ladder to update correctly?
