Hi All,

I am a newbie to forums and CNC machines. I spent a bit of time researching machines and after getting quotes from both Blue Elephant and Jinan Forsun I decided to go with Forsun. Forsun was a tad more expensive but seemed at the time a lot more willing to help and support me. It has been almost a month since placing my order and they cannot give me an estimated ship date. The machine is in production and thats it, no estimated date of completion.... Maybe I am unrealistic but in this day and age surely i am not asking too much when asking for an ETA...

Can anyone tell me how good blue Elephant is? If I can get my refund I want to place an order on someone who can give me an ETA, who can give good after sales support. Any assistance bill be appreciated.

If you pay downpayment to suppler ,factory have produce your cnc ,it is hard to return downpayment normally.

They cheated me, they cannot deliver my 3 machines and they refuse to refund me my advance payment.
