NEWBIE LOOKING FOR CNC ROUTER FOR CUTTING ALUMINIUM BOX SECTION

    Hey everyone, first time posting.
Really new to the world of CNC and automation.

We are an aluminium window and door fabricator, looking to increase the tech in the workshop.

Main objective is to acquire a CNC machine to router our locking mechanisms into our aluminium window/door stiles. We are based in Sydney, Australia.

The product being fed into the machine will be an aluminium box section, length will vary between 1.2m - 2.4m, maximum 3m, by 60mm high and 45mm wide.

The actual location of the cut-out to be made will vary (in the centre of the length/ends of the length), cut-outs to vary also (approx. 80mm - 150mm in length and approx 20mm wide).

Aluminium will be approx 2.5mm thick.

See attachements for examples of finish.

Output would be approx. 20 units a week.

Any assitance/advice from any of the friendly experts here will be greatly appreciated!
