Adding Hall Effect sensors for home and limit switches

    Mach3, BOB S25S, G540 Driver

Want to add Hall effect sensors to my CNC for homing and limit switches. The ones I have can be analog or digital, pretty sure I want a digital signal.

I was looking at YT for wiring layout, found dozens of them but they were all For Arduino boards. They will work with the INPUTS on my BOB won’t they?

Could someone give me the diagram to do this.

Att is a photo of the Sensor and a page from the C25S BOB manual, that might tell an engineer how to hook it up, but it’s Greek to me, I need a simple labeled drawing of how to hook it up.
    Thanks
    Hager

    Tbf.
The sensors, they are 5v aren't they?.
    The C25S is all 5v isn't it?.

    If both answers are yes:
Personally, use the 5v and gnd from the C25 board for powering the hall sensors, and send the digital signal to the desired pin.
Can't see why it wouldn't work. They're all the same voltage!.

You run into problems when the sensors are 24v and the board is 5v.
That's when you need to get a seperate 24v supply. Then either stick an isolator between signal and input or mess with resistors to change voltage between the 2.
