    HAAS SL-20 ALARM 292 320V POWER SUPPLY

    Hi all,

i have a Haas SL-20 2007, when i power up a have the alarms below:

    102 SERVO OFF
    292 320 POWER SUPPLY FAULT
    107 EMERGENCY OFF

There in no other alarm and it doesn't come off when I cycle the power.
when I measure the dc power output is 325v and the DC BUSS in the dignosys is the same 325v
when called my HFO (ho is 600km away ) he told me to change the regen and i did it without any change.

do you have any ideas please???????

    thank you in advance

Re: HAAS SL-20 ALARM 292 320V POWER SUPPLY

I’m not an expert on this but…

Will the error clear if you hit the reset button rapidly 3 or 4 times in a row?

What is your parameter 294 set to? Is it 270 ? You could temporarily try setting this value to 0 and see if that works after a power cycle. The vector drive might be reporting the wrong voltage to the maincon.
