Hello everyone,

I bought BL-USBMach v2.0 D2103 and I am having problems with communication and reset button. The problem is:

When USBMach is not connected to pc, in the right side of Reset button I see "Emergency Mode Active". When I press reset button in mach3 software it is working and I can see axis values that change when I press arrows in keyboard.
When I select BL-USBMach v2.2 plugin and connect my USBMach to pc, it says "USBMach connected". The problem is that I can't reset. When I press Reset button in mach3, it says "USBMach communicate error".
I tried to toggle "Active Low" in Estop but result is same. When I try to save after doing "Active Low" option true, mach3 program freezes and crashes.
I am running system in windows 10, could be the problem? Or maybe wrong dll plugin?
I can't see any change in device manager when I plug the board. Could be the problem?

No motors or anything is connected to mach3 board, I am not powering it seperately, only Usb is connected to PC.

I used BL-UsbMach-V32.dll and BL-UsbMach-V325.dll in Windows7
Both works and there is NOT any more communication error. Have a nice day.

I would stay away from this boards…
But since you already got it.
1. They work right with Windows XP one can make it work with Windows7. ( I think it design to work with 32 bit system)
2. Try to use Mach3 that is not Pirated or at list known working version.
3. Use ports and pins as it states in the manual, specifically for e-stop, inputs and outputs.
4. Check the address of the port .
