Question What is needed for a 4 axis printer and what's is the estimated cost?

I am a new student and want to get into CNC machining. I built my 3d printer. I have fixed a resin printer before, and I want to take the next step; I like precise parts, which seems like a cool project. Here are some of the things I have found so far.

this is a thread where it would be cool to lost all the parts that are needed
also, I want to build this one with a coolant.

What are you going to use the 4th axis for?
