so I have had this before in the past and never really been able to figure out the problem ,,, randomly when running a g03 it throws this PS191 alarm ,.,

An arc, where the difference of radius values at start point and end point is larger than the parameter set value, was specified. (parameter No. 2410) Fanuc book says modify the program.

well yes , I did read what the code meant .. I just dont see how it could be causing a problem . The 11M manual shows that is a acceptable code

guess like usual .. I have issues no-one else has heard of .. anyways I have switched from bobcad to Fusion360 and if I post as force Radius arcs everything works fine .....
