    Exception [24,5] - NCI(8,3): Communication with the CNC does not work! Morbidelli

    Greetings
    I need help with this error that I encountered on a Morbidelli Autor 600 kXLS CNC machine after changing the battery of the numerical controller. I have contacted SCM but they have not given me a solution.

    The error is as follows
    Exception [24,5] - NCI(8,3): Communication with the CNC does not work!

    Did you shutdown the whole system all the way to the main switch after youv'e changed the batterie ? And does your main was at off when youv'e changed the batterie ? Changing the batterie while the main is off might cause data loss. I work on scm morbidelli N200 & Morbidelli universal 3615, and when the exception 24,5 occur shutting down 3/4 of time solve that problem.

    Had this issue and I believe i had to change the baud rate
