    Need a Multicam Power Supply - PS3000 or PS3100

Our multicam 3000 is having a Modbus Slave Time / Initializing Spindle Communication Error With Inverter / Low Air Pressure Error

We checked the Rio Board for shorts, finding none.

Multicam support is saying we need either a new Rio Board and/or power Supply for the mother board. Our power supply is a PS3000 which is discontinued. The PS3100 are on a long back order.

Checking to see if anyone knows of someone who could repair the PS3000, has spare parts (new/used/reconditioned) of either the PS3000 or the PS3100.

Any help is appreciated. Without figuring this out well be down for 3-4 weeks which we can't afford to be.

    Hello,

I have the same problem as you.

Have you found a solution since 2021? That would help me a lot.
